Dine opgaver som Customer Success Manager
Som Customer Success Manager hos os vil du få en central rolle i at sikre, at vores kunder får mest muligt ud af vores produkter, og at vores kunder forbliver i centrum for vores succes. Dine opgaver vil inkludere:

  1. Opbygning og vedligeholdelse af stærke relationer med kunder, hvilket sikrer høj kundetilfredshed.
  2. Identificering af kundernes behov og arbejde proaktivt for at sikre, at vores løsninger opfylder disse.
  3. Rådgivning og support til kunder i brugen af vores platform, herunder udarbejdelse af onboarding forløb mv, og løsning af tekniske udfordringer.
  4. Samarbejde med vores udviklingsteam, og øvrige teams, for at sikre, at kundernes feedback og ønsker bliver implementeret i fremtidige opdateringer.
  5. Udarbejdelse af uddannelsemateriale og træning af kunder i brugen af vores platformsløsninger.
  6. Overvågning af kundernes brug af vores produkter og identificering af muligheder for at optimere deres oplevelse.

Dine kvalifikationer
Vi Leder Efter En Kandidat, Der:

  1. Har erfaring med kundeservice og relationsopbygning, helst i en SaaS-virksomhed.
  2. Besidder stærke kommunikative og problemløsende færdigheder.
  3. Har en teknisk forståelse og er motiveret for at sætte sig ind i komplekse digitale løsninger.
  4. Er dygtig til at identificere kundernes behov og finde løsninger, der skaber værdi for dem.
  5. Har erfaring med at arbejde tæt sammen med udviklingsteams for at sikre kundetilfredshed.
  6. Er motiveret for at skabe struktur og skabe skalerbare løsninger der kan bidrage til vækst.
  7. Taler flydende dansk og professionel engelsk.
  8. Har minimum 3 års relevant erfaring, ideelt i en lignende rolle.
