Jobbet indebærer mange forskellige aktiviteter og der er fart på i vores virksomhed. Derfor er det vigtigt at du trives i et omskifteligt miljø.

Din rolle bliver at opbygge stærke relationer til vores kunder og være deres betroede medarbejder på deres Amazon rejse. Herunder bistå med logistik og lagerstyring, samt kundeservice overfor vores kunders slutkunder.

Jobbet som Customer Success Manager har kunden som centralt fokuspunkt, og du skal være villig til at gøre en ekstra indsats for at give kunderne den service, som de har brug for, for at få succes.

Ansvarsområder:
  • Direkte kommunikation med kunder.
  • Ansvarlig for afholdelse af relevante møder med kunden.
  • At have overblikket over et projekt, herunder uddelegering, samt opfølgning af opgaver.
  • Kunne hjælpe kunder med at få lagt den rette strategi for deres salg på Amazon.
  • Håndtering af logistik til Amazon FBA.
  • Supporterende salgsaktiviteter.
  • Du er en stærk og positiv kommunikator.
  • Du har en baggrund indenfor Projektledelse eller som Account Manager.
  • Du er struktureret, proaktiv, selvstændig og meget fokuseret på at levere den bedste service til kunderne.
  • Du trives med opsøgende aktiviteter, herunder kundebesøg og netværk.
  • Du har erfaring med nær kundekontakt og forstår at udvikle og vedligeholde stærke og loyale kunderelationer på alle niveauer.
  • Du er en stærk forhandler.
  • Du forstår at understøtte salg i form af opslag, mersalg og krydssalg i løbet af kundens udvikling.
  • Du forstår dig på at benytte nye systemer og programmer til at holde overblik, samt trække den rette data og gøre brug af det.
  • Du sikrer en god overlevering til leverance- og salgsteams.
  • Et plus, hvis du har erfaring indenfor e-handel og stort plus, hvis du allerede har erfaring med salg på Amazon.
  • Du har en bachelor eller kandidat inden for markedsføring, projektledelse, kommunikation eller lignende.

Vi ser en klar sammenhæng mellem det gode resultat og praktisk erfaring. Det betyder at vi har fokus på kort efter din start, at give dig ansvarsområder og dermed praktisk erfaring med dine opgaver, selvfølgelig med kyndig vejledning og sparring hele vejen igennem.

Vi lever og ånder for markedsføring og salg på Amazon. For at kunne løfte denne opgave blandt de bedste i branchen, kræver det at hele teamet har det samme fokus: Salg på Amazon for vores kunder. Derfor har alle medarbejdere på den ene eller anden måde deres specialområde for at øge konverteringerne på Amazon. Det er derfor vigtigt for os, at skabe en kultur, hvor vores medarbejdere altid er på jagt efter at forbedre vores løsninger.
