cVation er et dansk udviklingshus, som bygger avancerede cloud-løsninger på Azure med afsæt i markedets hurtigste og mest agile metoder. Vi er startet i 2014, har tre Gazeller og vundet Microsofts Partner Award for App Innovation flere. Vi er dedikerede til agile arbejdsmetoder, DevOps og Test Driven Development, og er på forkant med mange af de nye teknologier, herunder IoT. Vi sætter desuden en ære i at levere software af den højeste kvalitet.
Gennem search, screening og interviews skal du sikre, at vi tiltrækker og ansætter de rette kandidater i tæt tværfagligt samarbejde med vores udviklere, Head of Delivery samt Head of People & Culture. De fleste dage vil du lave aktiv headhunting og interviewe kandidater sammen med vores dygtige udviklere. Du plejer aktivt vores kandidatpipeline. Du vil også skulle arbejde på langsigtede strategiske employer branding-indsatser for, at cVation er top of mind i vores målgruppe og sikre trivsel blandt vores dygtige udviklere.
Som en del af People & Culture teamet vil du også afholde onboardings- og trivselssamtaler og være med til at sikre, at vores udviklere trives. Du kommer til at arbejde i et ambitiøst og fleksibelt miljø, kendetegnet ved uhøjtidelig professionalisme, stort engagement og naturligt fokus på at skabe vækst og udvikling.
Blandt dine arbejdsopgaver kan nævnes:
- Rekruttering af softwareudvikler profiler med fokus på search og vedligeholdelse af pipeline
- Koordinering og gennemførsel af rekrutteringssamtaler i tæt samarbejde med vores tekniske profiler
- Løbende forbedre og øge kvaliteten af rekrutteringsprocessen og de kandidater vi ansætter
- Planlægning og udførelse af Employer Branding aktiviteter
- Onboarding- og trivselssamtaler med vores dygtige udviklere
Om dig
Vi forventer, at du brænder for at searche, tiltrække, ansætte og fastholde de bedste kandidater.
Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:
- Har en relevant kandidatuddannelse, f.eks. inden for HR, kommunikation eller lign.
- Har minimum 1-2 års erfaring fra lignende stilling i IT-branchen eller fra rekrutteringsbureau, hvor du har arbejdet med search indenfor IT
- Er en stærk kommunikator med en hands-on og kreativ tilgang til rekruttering, som ved, hvordan du kommunikerer – både når du plejer pipeline og interviewer kandidater
- Er god til at skabe relationer og kan kommunikere med alle
- Arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret men også trives som del af et team
Vi håber desuden, at du er proaktiv, har en positiv indstilling, god situationsfornemmelse samt sans for, hvordan du leverer god service til både interne og eksterne interessenter. Vigtigst for os er dog, at du brænder for at udvikle dig inden for rekruttering, og at du trives med tempo og eksekvering.

Vi arbejder 100% med Microsoft udvikling, Azure og cloud. Vi løser komplekse udfordringer i kritiske industrier og bygger fra bunden. Vi er passionerede omkring at nytænke og omdanne kundernes strategi til konkret afkast. Vi har fokus på innovation for at skabe løsninger, der er hurtigere, enklere og meget mere intelligente.
Vi har en flad organisation med ca 90 dedikerede software udviklere og en mindre administration. Der er god plads til både bordfodbold, fredagsbar, frokost på kajen og et aktivt liv udenfor arbejdstid. Flere gange om året afholder vi hackathons, hvor vi i teams dykker ned i præcis de emner, som udviklerne finder interessante.
