As part of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for planning and executing leadership development sessions, revising leadership learning journeys, and anchoring our leadership philosophy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing leadership development programs
  • Collaborating with the P&C team to drive annual processes
  • Creating engaging content for leadership learning journeys

We are a dynamic team of 12 professionals, divided into three pillars: People Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. Our focus areas include Leadership, Employee Experience, and Talent Acquisition. We prioritize flexibility, autonomy, and trust, and strive to create a great work-life balance for our employees.
