About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our commercial agenda for Personal Customers Denmark. As the Head of Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for enhancing customer relevance and engagement across both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic planning and execution of the portfolio to meet Personal Customers DK P&L targets, balancing growth and pricing to optimize long-term profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing impactful campaigns and commercial initiatives that align with our strategic focus and operational business plans.
