Job Description: Competitive Business Development DirectorWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of innovative solutions and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
