We are a fast-growing food delivery company with a presence in multiple countries. Our mission is to make food ordering and delivery as easy and convenient as possible. We believe that trust and safety are essential components of this mission, and we are looking for someone who shares this belief.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience required for this role, as well as the cost of living in our global hubs. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build a Global Trust and Safety Team that collaborates with other functional leads to drive the next level of trust and safety at Wolt.
  • Develop, launch, and evangelize Wolt policies that guide the behavior of our customers, courier partners, and merchants.
  • Establish new global processes to ensure that the policies your team creates are implemented and escalated effectively.
  • Work with analytics, legal, and other functions to build a data architecture that supports analysis of trust and safety incident data.
  • Identify, scope, and execute on strategies aimed at reducing and preventing incidents that keep all parties using the platform safe.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of deep expertise in fields such as safety, compliance, legal, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Experience in building out and scaling new business processes, teams, and/or functions.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • You are willing to work from one of our global hubs, ideally Helsinki, Berlin, or Copenhagen, and are open to travel.
  • You are able to work and communicate effectively in English.
