We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales team, driving business growth and exceeding targets. This role requires strong analytical and data-driven skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and set direction for the sales team, focusing on delivering ocean volume, growing LNS revenues, and optimizing profits.
  • Coach and drive the sales team to sell and grow our product portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and provide input to product teams on product value propositions.
  • Connect with the sales function across the world to enable network sales and ensure consistent representation of our business.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 15 years of sales experience in freight-forwarding companies, ideally with ocean as a strong base.
  • A growth mindset, always striving to exceed targets and identify customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and stakeholder management.
  • Motivational leadership and solid planning skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and set focus/direction.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
