Job Responsibilities

As an Area Head of Sales and Operations, you will be part of our ALT for Mekong and Sales leadership team for APA. You will lead and set direction for the sales team according to budget, coach and drive the sales team to sell and grow our product portfolio, and define and set targets for sales incentives together with Sales FBP.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 15 years of sales experience in freight-forwarding companies, ideally with ocean as a strong base. You should have a growth mindset, ability to identify customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data, and strong analytical and data-driven skills.
