Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end customers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Provide product and application information to distributors and end customers to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the technical support department to provide professional after-sales support.
- Participate in public relations and marketing assignments to promote MiR products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, with Business qualification as an added advantage.
- Technical experience in automation and robotics.
- Fully trained in a technical and/or commercial profession.
- At least 5 years of technical-related sales experience.
- Demonstrable success in value-based selling.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Passion for sales and disruptive technology.
- Highly motivated and result-driven.
- Display leadership in driving sales opportunities.
- Relationship builder with strong communication and excellent negotiation and account management.
- Entrepreneurial team player with results-oriented approach who can also work independently.
- Must be willing to travel, as there will be frequent travel (Expect to have 100+ days of traveling across Taiwan).
