Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead our operations in the Nordics region. As a key member of our global management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Nordics region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and initiatives that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the payment or fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
