Business Growth Strategist for Hogan Assessment

At Summit A/S, we take pride in being the official distributor of Hogan Assessment Systems in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries. We are now looking for a driven Business Developer to help us expand our operations in Scandinavia, particularly in the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate opportunities with potential large customers
- Promote Hogan Assessments in recruitment and leadership development
- Work closely with our Swedish Senior Consultant to map out the potential market
Requirements:
- Experience in sales to HR departments, preferably sales of tests and assessment tools or HR-related products
- A natural networker who enjoys engaging externally
- Comfortable with sales-related activities
- A team player who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
