Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager at Formalize, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' journey and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
Our company is on an expansive journey with strong market traction across Europe. We are committed to delivering best-in-class onboarding and service experiences for our growing customer base. As part of our international SaaS team, you will contribute significantly to increasing customer adoption and advocacy.
- You will work closely with our customers to identify pain points, create value, and build lasting relationships.
- Your responsibilities will include collaborating on projects across departments to improve the customer experience, providing feedback, and qualifying product ideas.
- As a source of customer insights, you will help bring the voice of our customer into the heart of the business and make it relevant and actionable.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Preferably +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, in a similar customer-facing position.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to connect effortlessly with clients and build meaningful relationships.
- A professional approach with great business acumen and customer understanding.
