We are seeking a Customer Support and Success Specialist to join our team at Driversnote, a fast-growing SaaS company based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

As a remote customer support specialist, you will be responsible for interacting directly with our customers, providing them with an effective, easy and enjoyable experience. You will be the first point of contact for our users and customers, answering their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with product information and training.

You will work closely with our Product teams to communicate customer feedback, suggestions, and ideas for product improvements. Your strong communication skills in English will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. We value your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support and sales or success work. You will be comfortable working remotely and have a basic understanding of software troubleshooting. Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack is also a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-class support experiences to customers via email and phone
  • Engaging with B2B customers to help them get started with Driversnote
  • Troubleshooting customer questions and driving investigations to resolve customer matters
  • Providing video demos and onboarding to larger B2B customers
  • Collaborating with Product teams to communicate customer feedback and suggestions
