Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with customers and prospects to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions using SAP's industry-leading software.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions
- Provide expert knowledge of SAP's software solutions and their applications in various industries
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase SAP's value proposition
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Danish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
