Customer Success Business Development Lead

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Business Development Lead to join our team at TimeLog A/S. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer success and growth.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, nurturing relationships, and providing valuable insights that inform upselling strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Upsell Strategy & Pipeline Management: Develop and implement strategic actions to meet monthly and annual ARR targets, ensuring seamless pipeline management and growth.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships with customers, providing personalized support, and offering tailored solutions to drive value and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, report, and optimize upselling strategies, leveraging data to inform decisions and improve customer outcomes.
- Team Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, to define and implement upsell triggers, enhancing customer experience and driving growth.
