Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Abbott Laboratories in Copenhagen, Denmark.
About the RoleAs a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will provide expert phone support for instruments, applications, and analyses to our Nordic customers. You will conduct investigations and troubleshooting for instruments, applications, and analyses using Abbott's remote service tools, guiding customers through repairs over the phone. Additionally, you will coordinate urgent repair visits for service technicians and participate in the implementation of Abbott's new proactive technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent, strong knowledge of laboratory operations, experience with analytical instruments for immunology and/or clinical chemistry, and previous experience in customer service. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required, with fluency in other Nordic languages being a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct investigations and troubleshooting for instruments, applications, and analyses using Abbott's remote service tools.

- Participate in the implementation of Abbott's new proactive technologies.
