This role will be based in Europe, working closely with our People Organization across the region. You'll support our Talent Acquisition team, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

We're looking for someone passionate about talent attraction, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll have the opportunity to learn from diverse colleagues, build lasting relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities include ensuring great candidate experiences, supporting recruitment activities, managing interview calendars, and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers. You'll also initiate background checks and pre-boarding due diligence, create hiring documentation, and update employee data in relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience through logistical and administrative support
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partner and Attraction Specialist in recruitment activities
  • Manage interview/assessment calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager
  • Initiate background check and pre-boarding due diligence activities where applicable
  • Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems
  • Liaise with third-party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR
  • Manage the recruitment platform
  • Occasional support for employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:

We're seeking a talented professional with relevant experience in HR/Talent Acquisition Operations. You should have closure orientation, great prioritization skills, and ability to build strong relationships quickly. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to details are essential. A proactive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment are also required.
