The Senior Manager, Client Relationship and Strategic Development will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
- 10 years of relevant experience, including experience establishing and managing high-quality teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
