Your Mission: As an SDR, your primary goal is to research and engage potential accounts, aiming to schedule meetings that convert into qualified sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing Brandwatch and building relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and understand the social media landscape;
  • Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product;
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities;
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers using various platforms;
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.

Requirements:

  • A background in sales (sales and/or BDR and SaaS experience preferred) or real estate/recruitment, or a passion to develop your career in sales;
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required; proficiency in any other Nordic language or Eastern European language is considered a plus;
  • Motivation and determination to succeed paired with a positive mindset to reach targets;
  • Ability to execute and take responsibility;
  • Coachability and self-awareness;
  • Team player attitude because we believe teamwork makes the dream work;
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with short and dynamic sales cycles.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential.
