About the Team:

Our Enterprise Sales team wins while having fun, balancing integrity and innovation to ensure every Workmate thrives. This dynamic team helps drive company growth by guiding new customers toward our cutting-edge management cloud.

About the Role:

As a Cloud Solutions Executive in Field Sales Operations, you'll focus on net new revenue and spearhead Workday's new customer growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing strategies to prioritize, target, and close high-value opportunities in assigned territories.
  2. Performing account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  3. Promoting sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and sharing our value proposition.
  4. Building relationships with net new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions, particularly core financials.
  5. Negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
  6. Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data.

About You:

We're looking for individuals with:

Basic Qualifications:


• 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.

• Experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.

• Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.

Other Qualifications:


• Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs.

• Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders.

• Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Swedish or Finnish or Danish.
