About the role:

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in service and sales
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
