Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on our Whistleblower Software product.
Your primary objective will be to support revenue growth by identifying, contacting, and communicating with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings. You will also operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
To achieve this, you will carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
- Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
- Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
- Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
