About the Job:
We are seeking a talented Junior Product Expert to join our team. As a Junior Product Expert, you will work closely with our Sales, Product, Operations, and UX teams to ensure that our clients get the most out of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plecto Pro: Become the ultimate Plecto guru, knowing everything about our platform's features and capabilities.
- Customer Champion: Help customers set up their Plecto accounts and keep them growing strong.
- Best Practices Guide: Show customers and prospects how to make the most of Plecto like a pro.
- Meeting Maestro: Join and lead meetings with customers and prospects, answering questions about Plecto, SQL, or APIs like a boss.
- Feedback Fanatic: Chat with customers to get their feedback, understand their needs, and keep them in the loop with product updates and cool new features.
- Customer Advocate: Be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, making sure their needs are met and any issues get fixed fast.
Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated, positive, and passionate individual who is fluent in English and has a knack for solving tricky problems. As a people person, you should be awesome at building relationships and putting customers first.
- Go-Getter: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Tech Whiz: Have the technical skills and keen eye for detail needed to troubleshoot and implement solutions like a pro.
- Tech Translator: Can explain complex tech concepts to everyone, from newbies to tech gurus.
- Language Champ: Bonus points if you speak Danish, but it's not a deal-breaker.
