About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Commercial Excellence Manager who can drive our Revenue Growth and Profitability agenda in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering profitable value growth for our business through the effective deployment and embedding of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Train and Upskill Teams: Collaborate with our marketing, commercial, finance, and business development teams to upskill them on RGM levers, including Brand Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Promotion Management, and Trade Terms Management.
  2. Set RGM Objectives and KPIs: Establish cross-functional RGM objectives and KPIs, ensuring they're aligned with our overall business strategy and embedded in our day-to-day decision-making processes.
  3. Conduct RGM Analyses: Collaborate with our multifunctional team to conduct RGM analyses based on internal and external data, financial and other relevant metrics.
  4. Develop Guardrails and Action Plans: Work with our teams and the LDB GM to set guardrails, guidelines, and action plans for pricing strategy, pack price architecture, category and product mix, promotional schemes, and trading terms management.
  5. Implement RGM Initiatives: Drive the implementation of identified RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and gross profit for LDB.
  6. Standardized Reporting: Implement standardized reporting to track and follow up on all RGM-related business KPIs, escalating any initiatives off track.
  7. Influence Business Decisions: Provide superior understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers, and consumer/shopper insights to influence RGM-related business decisions.
  8. Communicate Insights: Effectively communicate RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts, and senior management.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in business and finance, minimum 5 years of experience, and a good understanding of RGM levers, methodologies, and processes. You'll need to be able to build selling propositions, implement action plans, prioritize, and identify RGM opportunities. Strong analytical skills, data savvy, and the ability to drive change management and influence various stakeholders are essential.
