About the Role
As a key member of Workday's Field Sales Operations organization, you will drive net new revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers. Your focus will be on guiding Large Enterprise prospects through the sales process, leveraging your expertise in Cloud ERP/HCM solutions to deliver value and grow our customer base. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to target and close key opportunities in assigned territories.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful deal closure.
- Building and maintaining relationships with net new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiating and closing deals with C-Suite Executives, ensuring a strong understanding of customer needs and goals.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling Cloud ERP/HCM solutions to C-level executives. Key qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Proven ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders and build strong, long-term relationships.
