Enterprise Sales Strategist for Net New Revenue Growth

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our Field Sales Operations organization in Sweden. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue growth and fueling Workday's expansion into new customer markets.
Our team is passionate about partnering with customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value. We want to ensure our customers are satisfied from day one and beyond.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Instantiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and share the Workday value proposition
- Build relationships with net new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
You will maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About YouWe are looking for someone with:
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
- Experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once
- Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
You should also possess:
- Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs
- Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
- Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We require fluent English and proficiency in Swedish or Finnish or Danish.
