About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our Field Sales Operations organization in Sweden. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue growth and fueling Workday's expansion into new customer markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Instantiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and share the Workday value proposition
  • Build relationships with net new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials
  • Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities

You will maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once
  • Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities

You should also possess:

  • Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs
  • Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We require fluent English and proficiency in Swedish or Finnish or Danish.
