Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Public Sector Sales to lead our sales efforts in Denmark. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the Danish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Denmark, focusing on public sector digitalization and value proposition
  • Lead account management strategy and execution, working closely with colleagues in Public 360°
  • Drive sales cases proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction through structured customer planning and development
  • Own customer planning, pipeline, opportunity management, and opportunity board processes
  • Collaborate with Public 360° management group and sales leadership team, reporting to Katarina Steen, Sales Director Public 360°

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in product sales to public sector customers, preferably with a passion for selling
  • Understanding of public sector digitalization agenda and ability to rethink win and market strategy
  • Network in Danish public sector with experience in driving sales cases with different stakeholders, as well as public sector procurement and tender processes and contract management
  • Strong team leadership skills, developing high-performing teams by promoting cooperation and communication towards shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information science, economics, or relevant fields
  • Proficient English language skills as our internal working language
