Senior Sales Leader Denmark

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Leader to head our sales efforts in Denmark. As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the Danish market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Denmark, including market value proposition and unique selling points for public sector customers
- Lead account management strategy and execution towards existing customer base in central government, collaborating closely with colleagues in Public 360°
- Drive sales cases proactively, owning customer responsibility and accountability for sales focusing on new business and must-win deals
- Manage customer planning, pipeline, opportunity management, and opportunity board processes
- Participate in Public 360° management group and sales leadership team, reporting to Katarina Steen, Sales Director Public 360°
Requirements:
- Proven track record in product sales to public sector customers, preferably with a passion for selling
- Understanding of public sector digitalization agenda and ability to rethink win and market strategy
- Network in Danish public sector with experience in driving sales cases with different stakeholders, as well as public sector procurement and tender processes and contract management
- Strong team leadership skills, developing high-performing teams by promoting cooperation and communication towards shared goals
- Excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information science, economics, or relevant fields
- Proficient English language skills as our internal working language
