Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen, driving growth and success through strategic planning, commercial excellence, and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Build and lead a top-notch sales team, responsible for hiring, developing, and mentoring team members.
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organization.
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment.
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional drive, high work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
  • A natural ability to build trust and connection with people.
  • Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
  • Possess a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem.
