Vestas is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, and we're seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

The Customer Management department is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences under service agreements. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for commercial, contractual, and operational issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships based on trust and value creation
  • Providing quotations for time-and-materials work, collaborating with operational and technical stakeholders
  • Identifying and driving additional sales opportunities and contract renewals that benefit both customers and Vestas
  • Managing defect warranty obligations, assessing technical reports, and facilitating regular customer meetings
  • Coordinating internal subject matter expert input to address customer technical queries and providing internal reporting to relevant stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial or technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a customer manager or similar role managing service contracts in a complex organization
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Viva Engage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
