About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP Danmark. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and German, with other local languages a plus
