About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will be part of our Copenhagen-based team, servicing clients in the Nordic region. As a key linking pin between the client and SIG, you'll ensure a successful long-term engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all customer processes, from onboarding to planning, training, and project management.
- Ensuring the administration of the project portfolio is complete, accurate, and up-to-date in FinancialForce.
- Guiding clients in building their maturity in software quality assurance.
- Educating Customer Success Managers on best practices relevant to the job.
- Identifying skills and competencies needed for account delivery and expansion.
- Actively training and developing other Customer Success Managers to improve their support and client relationship management skills.
- Creating and facilitating a Customer Success community where knowledge sharing and learning are key.
- Developing a vision for Customer Success moving forward in SIG and creating a support base for this.
- Ensuring SIG's security policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree, preferably in Business and IT.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT.
- Technical savvy, flexibility, and creativity.
- Ability to spot commercial opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivated team player.
- Analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, and problem-solving skills.
- Opinionated, strong listener, seeking to understand first.
- Customer-focused with a service mentality, both internally and externally.
- Proactive attitude, self-starting, and self-motivated.
- Excellent command of the Danish and English language, verbal and written.
Language
The working language for this role is English.
