The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be willing to assist customers, and think critically to resolve complex issues. They should be comfortable navigating our systems to provide top-notch support.

To fuel our growth, we're seeking talented customer service professionals for our Customer Support team. At the core of our approach is keeping customers engaged and guiding them to get the most out of their Veo experience. We assist them with issues and proactively encourage them to produce their best possible recordings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support to customers as a frontline specialist
  • Meet our performance standards for response times, backlog, and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate customer feedback and concerns within the support team using established protocols
  • Provide input for process improvements
