Sales Development Executive

The Sales Development Executive role at DEDIKATION offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, using market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to deliver seamless customer experiences
Your Background:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success
- Strong business acumen and commercial drive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
