Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Analyst to drive business growth by translating national sales forecasts into executable plans at the store level. As a key member of our Trade Marketing team, you'll proactively track progress, address challenges, and optimize in-store performance to maximize sales impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate national sales forecasts into executable plans at the store level
- Drive the conversion of high-level sales objectives into clear, per-store targets
- Enhance Sales Consultant resource allocation to maximize banner-level activity and improve Perfect Store Ratings scores
- Provide clear guidance on store-level visit planning to ensure effective execution of our Commercial calendar

What You'll Need
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sector within Sales
- Strong team collaboration skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and present findings clearly and persuasively
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to create detailed analyses and impactful presentations
