Job Title: Customer Service Representative Nordics

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hedehusene, Copenhagen area. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our B2B customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strengthen business relationships by setting high standards in servicing customer requests and increasing our company's sustainable approach.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and supply chain teams to ensure great service conditions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous work experience of 2+ years in a call center, sales, or customer service function, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with any other Northern European language skills being a significant advantage.
  • A valid driving license and a car of your own, ideally.
