We are on the lookout for a driven and persistent Dutch speaking Business Development Manager who will lead the charge in exceeding our revenue goals and growing our market share in the Dutch market.

Our mission is to empower businesses to achieve seamless compliance within data protection and IT security, while fostering an environment where employees can learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will manage our sales pipeline, improving and maturing our sales process.
  2. You will turn introductory meetings into closed-won-happy new customers.
  3. You will elegantly define and communicate the specific benefits of our software solution, tailoring your pitch to their unique situation.

Requirements:

  1. You are a self-starter with a high degree of empathy toward our customers and their needs.
  2. You possess a natural ability to close deals and win new customers.
  3. You have experience from B2B SaaS selling complex, technical solutions in SMB and Mid-Market.
  4. You know that you need a systematic approach to the sales cycle to succeed.
  5. You thrive when exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for continuous learning and development.
