Global Marketing Programs Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team at Agilent Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the life sciences industry. As a Global Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing global marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our sustainability products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative marketing program strategies to support awareness and demand generation goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market and customer data, identify opportunities, and develop effective program solutions.
- Work with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to ensure global efficacy of programs and aligned execution.
- Develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning that is translated into marketing collateral, promotion, and commercialization plans.
- Perform financial analyses and build cases for programs, identifying target audiences and offers for a program.
- Define Agilent.com sustainability messaging, content requirements, SEO, SEM, and Social Media strategies in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization.
- Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Post-graduate and/or certification in Marketing may be required.
- 8+ years marketing experience for entry to this level.
- 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability efforts worldwide recommended (professional or personal members/associations).
- Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives.
