Job DescriptionDrive Operational Efficiency as a Customer Service Team Leader
This exciting opportunity combines leadership with operational excellence, enabling you to guide and motivate your team while working alongside them to ensure seamless daily operations.
You'll play a key role in the team's success and operational efficiency by managing tasks, planning workloads, resolving challenges, and fostering collaboration.
We're looking for someone adaptable, organized, and ready to lead by example. If you have strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via email, striving to deliver exceptional service at all times.
- Lead and Coordinate Teams: Guide teams across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards while acting as a mentor and providing ongoing support.
- Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, always keeping the customer's perspective at the forefront.
- Develop Team Members: Train new team members and foster the development of existing employees through organized workshops and training sessions.
- Analyze Data and Resolve Issues: Prepare performance reports, analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities for improving service, and take the lead in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain Service Quality: Ensure that all team interactions align with the company's standards, reviewing service quality and reinforcing best practices to maintain excellence in customer service.
What You Will Need
- Strong Leadership Skills: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to guide and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: Quickly identify root causes of customer issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively in one of the Scandinavian languages and in English.
- Highly Organized: Skilled at task prioritization to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
- Collaborative Mindset: Work seamlessly with other departments (sales, technical support, finance) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Analytical Thinking: Handle complex issues and improve processes for better customer experiences.
