KOSMOS is a leading cost, risk and carbon management company in the construction industry. Our team specialises in providing specialized cost management advice to customers at all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Construction Professional with +15 years experience who has client facing consultancy experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-contract cost management and be familiar with the design stage of the project.
The successful candidate will work closely with our partners to develop our Danish and Nordic business and manage the commercial process during the design stages. They will also be responsible for managing cost development during the design process and liaising with the design team to manage design development to budget.
The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team and work to tight deadlines. Experience on projects of value greater than €50m is essential and fluency in Danish and English is required.
As an integral part of our BIM process, you will advise on 5D and contribute to the development of KOSMOS through client relationship management. You will be the brand face for KOSMOS and bring awareness to the KOSMOS strategy and values.
