Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial management activities to achieve project objectives, including cost management, risk assessment and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies and plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with commercial activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant third-level qualification.
  • 8+ years' experience in commercial civils management and leadership.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of construction law and regulations.
  • Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) certification.
