Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales operations across Europe, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to attract new customers and grow existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate partner contracts, including commercial terms and conditions.
  • Foster and grow existing accounts, driving strategies to maximize return on investment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's level education in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Sales on a European scale and a proven sales track record.
  • Experience in sales and sales management within a dynamic business environment.
  • Preferably, experience with kids', lifestyle, or fashion brands.
