Saxo Bank's Network and Market Relationship Management team is responsible for overseeing the bank's external providers that deliver critical market, settlement, and banking access. In this role, you will gain extensive knowledge of the full value-chain of financial markets across various asset classes, including equities, futures, options, bonds, etc.

We are seeking a driven, independent, and ambitious colleague to join our dynamic team. As a member, you will engage with counterparts and stakeholders internally and externally, working alongside highly passionate Saxo professionals in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in Copenhagen, but you will work virtually with colleagues on a global basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and project teams to develop and enhance external set-ups and structures.
  • Execute Saxo's relationship and resiliency strategy through RFP issuance and assessment of new providers.
  • Provide value to both external and internal clients through market experience and delivery of market information.
  • Maintain active contact with external counterparts, including contract and pricing negotiations, due diligence, review meetings, ensuring delivery on service levels, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising with counterpart relationships.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor or Master within finance, economics, or business with outstanding achievements.
  • English proficiency written and verbal is a must.
  • Good market knowledge, including an understanding of local market operations and regulations as they relate to services provided.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Interest in financial markets, processes, and optimization.
  • Excel capabilities are a must; knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint is an advantage.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
  • High personal drive and ambition to achieve desired targets.
  • Willingness to conduct overseas travel on request.
