About the Role

Pandora A/S is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Data-Driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing analytics efforts and drive growth across global markets.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights, identify opportunities, and inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion in global markets.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing analysts to deliver high-quality data insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure access to relevant data and tools.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in marketing analytics, preferably with experience in a leadership position.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of global marketing trends and best practices.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
