Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Customer Experience Management to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure our customers derive maximum value from our solutions. You will lead and inspire a team of highly skilled and passionate Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve exceptional customer outcomes and drive business growth.
3. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle and address any challenges or opportunities.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a people management role. They should possess strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
