Senior Business Development Manager

Brinch & Partners is a leading consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions to its clients. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base.

About the Role

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in business development and strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strategic projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development, preferably in a consulting or related industry, with experience working on large-scale projects and building high-performing teams.
  • You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

About You

  • We are looking for someone with a proven background in business development and strategy.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with top grades from your studies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fully professional proficiency in English is required.
  • You should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
