Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Project Manager to join our dynamic R&D team. This role involves driving product launches, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a 12-24-month product calendar in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, highlighting key milestones.
  2. Work closely with Purchasing, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to execute launch plans for new products and special projects.
  3. Communicate forecasts for new and special edition products to Purchasing & Production, confirm product names, and request item number creation.
  4. Calculate new product pricing and submit it to Operations, gather product details for data sheets, and collaborate with Marketing.
  5. Share new product details with global sales & support teams and maintain product compatibility materials.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in product management and project coordination, preferably in the cycling or sports industry.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for cycling and industry knowledge is a plus.
