Healthcare Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive our sales strategy, acquire new customers, and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, and possess strong leadership skills to guide and expand our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
Engage with enterprise pharma companies and other regulated product developers, present PROBE's solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Lead and mentor new sales team members, foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, use this knowledge to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, provide insights into market trends and customer feedback to shape marketing efforts.
