About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team at DAMVAD Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client engagements, growing existing relationships, and managing sales pipelines.

As a Commercial Lead, you will work closely with clients, external partners, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for ideating data and AI solutions to address business needs and craft the overall solution space.

You will be part of our newly established Analytics & Engineering team, where you will help develop existing propositions and collaborate with commercial leads across teams and offices to find synergies.

To excel in this role, you should have 3-5+ years of consultancy experience in Strategy, Analytics, and/or Engineering, proven commercial experience, and a Master's degree or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client engagements through leveraging client relationships and industry knowledge.
  • Grow existing client relationships through strong key account management and high-quality engagements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by using team collaboration and ensuring systematic progress.
  • Ideate data and AI solutions independently or in teams to address business needs and craft the overall solution space.
